If you change your mind and no longer want the service ordered from us, you can claim a refund at any time until the 14th day after you have received your items.

If you would like a refund, you must send a written notice by email to hello@ampli.co. Providing your account details, full name & email address used. 

After receiving your request, our customer support team will process your request within 3  working days.

Please note abuse of the refund policy may result in your account being closed.
